A very beautiful, colourful & peaceful sunset scene over a small lake near Talkeetna with the setting sun glowing behind the tall pines & adding a golden hue to the sky above that is reflected along with the silhouetted trees onto the shimmering lake in the foreground. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

It has an Almost Mysterious ( maybe even a 'Ghostly'! ) kind of a tone and,as you know, I really like that!

The silhouetted trees make a wonderful framing element for the water passing between them.
The subtle pastel reflections on the water really make this a wonderful scene. Very nicely done Pat ~ Steve

This sunset is breathtaking. The highlights between the clouds is extraordinary. The reflections are fascinating. Your photo is excellent focused and exposed and has exquisite depth. I like especially how the water leads our eyes to the last of the sunlight at the background. The dark silhouettes emphasize the beautiful colors remarkably. The landscape is perfect composed and framed.
