Simple put, this is a very courageous, a beautiful drawing in every detail.

The Composition is spot on. The flow created from right to left with the sherry blossoms blowing in the wind gives the drawing motion.
She will simple love this.

Great color harmony through out , and you used the media to perfection.

A beautiful picture of your Granddaughter dressed in a red Kimono under a red parasol with a Cherry tree in blossom on the right petals falling for the tree being born by the wind over her. In the background the famous Mount Fuji that is reflected on the water between them. Created by your artist's eye for composition, very skilful draftsmanship, beautiful choice, blending & application of your colours in bringing this scene to life.

A very good looking entry into the competition posted here! Your fine and classical composition offers us a typical view of Japan and traditional fashion. Not only is windy, also looks cold out there. Like the tree. Nicely painted!

beautiful artwork posted here...i am sure your granddaughter must have been super happy on seeing it....you have created a beautiful scene...the cherry blossoms are looking very good...the sky and mountains are appealing to the eyes...but the girl in kimono with umbrella stole the show in it.....overall very impressive....thanks for sharing....
