Beautiful photograph and superb presentation of the flowers just before they get cold. I still have to go dig out mine.
The background is definitely your strong talent, it is always perfect. The little ivory color on the dahlia is interesting and nice touch. Great composition and overall presentation.

The Dahlia blossoms are gorgeous. The shades of purple are indeed lovely. It would be tragic if frost would kill the entire plant. Your photo is excellent focused, exposed and treated with mixed media. The light on the blossoms is superb. The smoky background is attractive. The Dahlia bouquet is expertly composed. The flowers are perfect placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.
