His star is mesmerizing. I feel myself shrinking into dwarf size. I keep my eyes wide open, because I know that he will eat me soon I blink. He reminds of those giant insects in some science fiction movies.
Your photo is excellent focused, exposed and treated with mixed media. The shallow depth emphasizes the giant grasshopper remarkably. I appreciate the realism of color. The insect is perfectly placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.

I am bit insulted BFF. I may not be the best looking guy but gee wizz. This is a Selfie. I was just practicing for the trip to Mexico. I know you meant no harm but it still hurt.
Yes this is a Katydid. It was just about dead on the rail of the back deck. So I made his dying wish come true: To be famous.
I just got a notice this morning from FedEx that my computer has been shipped and will be here soon. I don't know if they fixed the old one or replaced it with a new one. Will have to see if any or all the pictures and data are on there. I will let you know.
Thanks for the great review BFF. You always bring out the goofy in me~ BFF
