This is interesting in way the curve of water leads the eye to the horizon.
The horizon looks like windmills creating energy to the photo as the clouds float above. The minimum use
of color also adds to flow.

The sky with the unusual colors are especially lovely in this photo, and the light is so lovely. I also like the curved line of water created by the tide, and the distant windmills are standing out well defined against the sky.
The photo is sharp all the way through, and you have brought out so well the fine textures of the foreground. The exposure is just spot on.
The format and framing is perfect, and it is indeed a fine balance in the composition. I think this is a great looking and well taken photo Nikman, and with an excellent DOF.

A nicely composed photo. It offers an interesting and detailed view of the landscape. The dramatic curve of the water receding, the gorgeous dark sands of the beach, the windmills and beautiful clouds and the rise of the mountains furthest away. Great focus and dof. All in all a good work and a great photo to view!

A nicely composed photo. It offers an interesting and detailed view of the landscape. Very many thanks! Sorry, need to correct you because this is not a gravel beach!! There is not a single piece of gravel on it. How do I know? Because we have been all over it, in all directions for over 40 years! In addition it is a gorgeous beach!
