This is cute and whimsical. I loathe winter, but this artwork takes me back to the child that loved catching snowflakes and sledding. Nice work!

I think your work I'd really outstanding. It's simplicity makes it interesting. I like the texture of the girls hair and coat and I think you really captured the look you were goin' for. Magnificent!

The colors are strong and attractive, and the night sky really highlights the child. Her knitted hat is perfect, and so is the expression of her eyes. Her coat looks to be the size of a preschooler, and yet her face looks like a much older child, even a young adult.

its how we all see things..even though you think that the face too long, she does have her mouth open. you can say down in the south we are spoiled to a certain degree..cold air will blow far down south but it only stays for maybe a day. you know how many coats i own? 1 windbreaker...how many pants? 2..i mostly own and wear shorts. when i had to work in places like Michigan, New York, Colorado, Tennessee and Oklahoma i had to tolerate that horrible frigid weather. when my kids were young i got transferred from Florida to Tennessee..when we were passing thru Mississippi cotton was in bloom. my kids asked me "is that snow?" i realized they really never saw cotton or snow in person. so i stopped to let the kids pick a piece of cotton. while we were in Tennessee they got their in snow for the first time. i do get tickled at folks down here in the summer time. they act like they melting when it is in the high 80's and low 90's..they would ask me if im hot..i say heck no im comfortable..wink..lol. thanks for the good review.

This is an adorable illustration. Contrast is used in a variety of ways causing the focal point to pop, especially with the use of color against the negative space. I applaud the overall composition.

This is so cute and I think that every kid that lives where it snows has done this!
She is adorable in her red hat and mittens , her eyes closed and her tongue out to catch the snowflakes! Well created with great attention to the details. Well presented! Best wishes to you in this contest
