Will be interesting to see how the collaboration works - in the past I have allowed artists to use my image to recreate as they interpret the photo. Haven't always seen the final outcome but one friend has recently sold some pieces at her exhibition giving me credit for inspiration which is nice. Love your characters.

I have collaborated with several over the years. I worked with digital, mix media and traditional artist. We would bounce back and forth thru email. Each one was fun and unique in their own way. This current one (Dragondog) really impressed me with her talent and creativity. Last night she email what she did with my characters..no bull..I stood up clapping and cheering.. really it was that good!..she is suppose to be post it very soon . usually in the past I would just help promote the collaboration..this one that she is gonna post..I'm gonna bragg on it! Really it is that good! So stay tuned and watch for it and you see what I'm saying. Btw..if you hadn't seen her work before may I suggest you check her portfolio out. You will see why I was taken to have her collaborate with my cartoon characters. Suggest maybe you fan her cause she has so much potential..wink. thanks for the great review

I have collaborated with many in the past from mix media, traditional and digital artist. They are all fun and come out with cool result's..if you got the moment I invite you to do a FAR title search for "The FARtist Link"..I'm not asking for you to review it..only to read the artist notes. This will give you some more insight of how awesome this site is compared to others out there on the net. Wink. Thanks for the great review

Cool idea especially for this site. Will be very interested to see your results. These two characters are well established already in my mind. Good expressions and they do have body language. Your hallmark colours never cease to work. Good luck on the venture.

ANNOUNCEMENT!!! im just getting the word out on Dragondog's new post! she is one of our newest members and a creative digital artist. her and i have done this collaboration together but really she did almost all the work. all i did is loan her a couple of my "Funnie Flowers" and "Strange Critters" cartoon characters and man has she created an awesome theme. it is a Christmas theme that has a perfect song attached to it..if you get the chance check it out..if dont walk away with a tear in your eye then you will have a least a feel good in your heart!!!wink

I get the Christmas motive. Understand the mouse but don't get the figure next to it. Perhaps its some kind of green abstract I wasn't meant to understand. Overall, very interesting.

Green figure..lol..well that's cool..he is one of the characters from my cartoon series "Funnie Flowers"..they have 500 skits and 7 music videos on YouTube. The mouse on the right is from other cartoon series known as " Strange Critters"..I forgotten the count skit on that but they have 9 music videos on YouTube..now if you read the notes I was announcing to group that digital artist Dragondog and I are collaborating on a Christmas theme illustration...these are 2 of the characters I have submitted to her..I realize that your the new kid on the block so how would you know. I do invite you to look me up on YouTube (mkflood). There you will discover numerous cartoon music videos...some are promos and some I have worked directly with the songwriter. They wide range of music and stories..all are done with sharpie and Bics only...some will make you laugh..some will make you tap your foot..some will make you think..and some might make you cry..one thing for sure..you won't be bored..check em out when you get the time.(thumbs up)

oh these 2 characters are from 2 different series..the flower is from my "Funnie Flowers series" and the mouse is one of my characters from the "Strange Critters" series...now the flowers, they have a lil over 500 skits with 7 music videos on Youtube. the critters i think they are over 300 skits with 9 music videos on Youtube as well. you can these and many more on my channel..just search "mkflood" ..these cartoons you reviewed is what i submitted to a fellow FAR member "Dragondog" (digital artist) which we are doing a collaboration in creating an "come home for christmas" theme.. she will take my lil fellas and add it into her awesome work..if you havent seen check her out..i gave a brief review in my artist notes..thanks for the great review.

Over the years I have collaborated with several artist ok f a variety of mediums. Now only is it fun but it helps that new artist to get noticed. This woman is not only talented but has a very cool creative mind. I'll help shout out loud when she is finished and posted .wink. thanks for the great review
