A beautiful picture of this tree with green leaves turning gold as autumn takes hold. I don't know what species it is. Very beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

A good looking nature photo posted here! Your fine and traditional composition offers us a good view of the tree succumbing to autumn. Sharpness and exposure are Ok. Nicely taken!

This looks like a Maple Tree to me.
There is a variety of vibrant colors in the leaves that seem to be at the peak of foliage season.
The background is more muted and the water below add to the dimension of the photo. They are not a distraction to the viewer.

    certainly not a maple tree: the leaves are much smaller and have a round or oval shape;
