Super cute setting full of color and storytelling attributes.
The image seems a but blurry though? Hard to know if that's how you painted it or if it's the photo size.

Thanks so much for your very kind review. I softened the photo because I didn?t want the canvas grain showing through so much. I probably softened it a little too much though.

Your artwork is superb right down to the last detail. Your armchair looks velvet, the blue blanket has a soft pile look, the fire looks warm and inviting.
Your construction of the scene is perfect.

We often see photos or paintings of children waiting up for Santa. How special to see a sweet puppy who tried to stay awake... But but fell asleep.

I have to give a 6 star for this one, all the details are fantastic, To actually think that a puppy would keep the hat one is an interesting wishful thought, I know mine would have had it chewed in 10 minutes, and sleeping? Ha, he only sleeps in his pen cause the presents would entice him to rip it open, lol,, I love that chair too, with those beautiful wooden legs, so old fashion and christmassy,
