The clarity and focus are really good on the eagles head, all of that is really nice.
I do have problem with the framing, or maybe the angle, which creates a visually image that seems off somehow. By that I mean he looks squatted in the pose, like no neck.
It could be that it needs more negative space at the top, and maybe seeing his wing on the right side of the image, would help the perspective and improve,or remove tat feeling visually of being crammed into the fame.
Like I said earlier, I do like the focus on the head, beak and eye a lot.

Thank you so very much! They also get the scraps that are discarded on the beach after the fishing boats come in and the fish are cleaned.

The photo is very sharp and it is such clear and well defined details to be seen in the feathers of the bird. Both the exposure and white balance is spot on.
I Also like the tight cropping and the placement of the eagle within the frame. A truly lovely and well taken photo, and with an excellent DOF.
