This carving is impressive. Your close-up emphasizes the textures and colors of the wood profoundly. The photo is excellent focused, exposed and treated with mixed media. I am impressed by the sharpness of detail. The light is well used to emphasize detail. I like that the frame is entirely filled with wood. The tall format is sufficient. The composition is balanced.
