The sunset sky is beautiful. The orange-pink reflection on the snow is appealing. It is interesting to see your playing dogs. Apparently their fur is a sufficient isolation against the cold. Your photo is excellent focused and exposed and has impressive depth. I enjoy the realism of color and light and the refinement of detail. The landscape is perfect framed. The composition is balanced.

A very nice scene here. I think the wide panoramic look works well. The two dogs give perspective to the large frozen lake. The trees in the background point to the illuminated afternoon sky. It is hard to believe that it is 3:45 in the afternoon. That is one on the charms of Alaska. I'm glad you post these types of images as I have never been there and have learned a lot about the Alaskan environment.

The cold is almost visible in this scene with a beautiful sunset colors. Even the dogs had to run faster, the track in the snow are making nice round shapes creating an Abstract painting on its own.
