The image is clear, and well focus. The reflection is nice and sharp. The exposure, and lighting looks good. Nice balance of the composition.

Apparently, the bird is searching for food. Its alert pose is intriguing. Your photo is well focused and exposed and has good depth. I appreciate the realism of color and light and the refinement of detail. Thee reflection is especially interesting. The bird is well placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.

It is very obvious that this bird is hunting for fish, and you have captured its posing so well. I especially like the leaves floating in the water, and also how well you have captured the reflection from the bird.
The bird is standing out sharp and well defined against the background, and it is clear details to be seen. The exposure is perfect.
The photo is nicely cropped, and the bird has got a fine placement within the frame. I think this is a truly lovely and well taken photo Fred, and with an excellent DOF.

This is very neat. Your composition is great with the bird and its reflection. Although I think that the leaves in the water are very cool, they are distracting to the viewer and draw focus away from the bird. Great job!

A beautiful picture of the Grey Heron standing in the lake eyes peeled as it searches for it's next meal. The bare trees & the Heron's reflection on the the lake's glassy surface scattered with fallen leaves is an added bonus.
