I did not even know this was possible, but I recognize features from all the different ducks mentioned. Especially the feathers look great, and probably with more different colors than you can see by first sight. The light is falling so lovely on the bird, and the duck is standing out from the background in an excellent way.
The photo is very sharp and it is really clear and well defined details in every part of the bird. I think this is a really interesting and well taken photo Eileen, and with an excellent DOF.

It's a beautiful little duck no matter what combo he is made up of, you have captured him so very well with spot on focus, this image is clear, exposure is well managed, the color are beautiful and they appear natural, well composed and presented!
