As always you have pictured a sunset so well, and the sky looks so lovely with the golden glow. This glow is nicely reflected in the shiny water. The family out for a walk adds interest.
The silhouetted palm tree and the family are standing out sharp and well defined against the sea and sky, and the exposure is perfect.
The cropping is nicely done, and with the palm tree off to the left, nicely balanced by the sun and the family off to the right, it is a very good balance in the composition. A truly lovely and well taken photo Steve, and with an excellent DOF.

The first thing I notice here is the silhouette of the palm tree , this tells me it's a warm location, I like the sky with the arrow shaped cloud up on the left corner as it points to the clouds coming in on the diagonal. I love the way they shimmer on the blue sky , the sun has just dipped below the horizon leaving the pretty orange glow just above and below it on the water. The family brings life and gives scale to this scene, I like the way they are silhouetted against the sunset sky. This is of course, well focused, this image is clear, exposure is correct, the colors and tones appear natural. Well composed and presented!
