I like the way you are composing your recent photos of flowers whereby they are in pairs with one slightly hidden behind the other. This works well and with the additional sharpness of your subjects it all makes for a wonderful presentation

Gorgeous photograph of these dahlias. The colors of the background make the colors pop. Sharp detail. Focus and lighting well done. Very nice composition. Nicely done.

I like how you presented this shot of the beautiful Dahlias, Pat - they look as if they're some exotic birds flying along. I love how you can see the petals in such detail. Excellent camera techniques. Lovely composition. Suzanne

A true beauty. It is a warm yellow like the sunshine.
Great detail. Beautifully focused with perfect lighting.
I also like flowers that do not take lot of work. I love waking up every day in the growing season to see new flowers sprouting and coming alive. I thought I had planed ornamental grass 2 years ago. It was suppose to be perennial but it didn't come back. I am thinking it was marked incorrectly and must have been a annual ornamental rather than a perennial. Learn as we go LOL

You just get better and better and what a variety you post . These dahlias are so intense in colour yet it appears so natural. They are at an expressive angle and such impact. Great technique and presentation.

The Dahlias are beautiful. Their colors are attractive. They seem to have gathered them from the sun. Your photo is excellent focused and exposed and has good depth. I enjoy the sharpness of detail and the realism of light and color. The shallow background is unobtrusive. The flowers are perfect placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.
