This is such a beautiful winter scene, and I especially like the way the red buildings are standing out from all the white. I don't know where this was taken, but it almost looks like it was taken in Norway where I live.
The photo is nice and sharp showing such clear and well defined details in the trees and buildings, and also the exposure is working well.
The format and framing is perfect, and with the tall trees off to the right, it is a very fine balance in the composition. I think this is a lovely and well taken photo, and I wish you luck with the contest.

How the snow clings to the trees and the roofs is intriguing. The haziness shows that there is probably a lot more snow on its way. The landscape is well composed and framed. What a beautiful scene you have captured here. The scene has quite different look and feel which is wonderfully different.
