It is well done taking a photo like this when both you and boat were moving. You have captured the ocean well, with all the small waves, and the boat is standing out from it in an excellent way.
The photo is pin sharp showing clear and well defined details in the tug boat, and the exposure is very good.
The cropping is well done and the boat has been given room to move into. I think this is a lovely and well taken photo Brian, and with a very good DOF.
