This is absolutely exquisite! The deep red of the tulips and green of the leaves is gorgeous against the dark background. Highlights on the petals are gorgeous. Beautiful compostion!

I love the vibrancy of these Tulips and details of the petals. The way the light hits the petals is complimentary.
The green leaves add to the drama of this photo as does the dark background.
Good focus, clarity and tone.
Nice technique.
Very pleasing to view.

These deep red tulips are truly beautiful, and you have pictured them so well. I especially like the all black background, and how lovely the light is falling on the flowers. They are also standing out from the dark background in an excellent way.
The photo is pin sharp and it is such clear and well defined details to be seen both in the tulips and the green leaves. The exposure is perfect.
The tight cropping has worked well, and the tulips have got a fine placement within the frame. Indeed a lovely and well taken photo Pat, and with an excellent DOF.

Oh my Pat, what a glorious sight to behold in the morning on your table. Incredible rich coloured red tulips with perfect petals opening up. The shine of the light is just lovely and the dark background sets them off beautifully with the green leaves.

I am a fan of your still life flowers and these tulips are another example of your great still life capture. The well balanced lighting with great color composition. The tulips are well nicely framed with great details of their color and shapes. Great shot.
