This is an intriguing stop-in-action. How the animal keeper hangs at the fence and the Giraffe baby sucks at the bottle is heart warming. Your photo is excellent focused and exposed and has good depth. I appreciate the realism of color and light and the refinement of detail. The photo is well composed and framed. The composition is balanced.

Mary,
A beautiful & interesting picture of these Giraffe in the Zoo, Azizi enjoying a bottle & the attention she is getting from her keeper with the other two larger Giraffes look on. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

A quite lovely photo and moving notes posted here! Your fine and appropriate composition shows us very well how baby is progressing. Pretty soon the feeders will have to use ladders! Sharpness and exposure are good. Nicely taken!

Good photo journalism shot,
especially with the attendant feeding one of the giraffes.
Wonderful to be able to visit a zoo during these times and learn and observe the animals.
The Giraffe's are said to be the tallest living animals.
The focus, clarity
and tone throughout is well done. Nice technique and angle of the shot.
Thanks you for sharing.

A very nice shot. I am not so sure that a zoo is an example of "nature" but this shot is great nonetheless. The colors are beautiful and way the attendant is standing on the fence to feed the young giraffe is great.

Thanks Mike - the giraffe as a lot of other animals in nature are threatened species and our Safari Park has had a lot of success breeding and increasing the herd. Most of the animals at the park are endangered and on breeding program with lots of success returning them to their natural habitat overseas.

Whenever I have had the opportunity to visit a large zoo, I always spend a lot of time at the giraffe exhibit, they are such amazing animals to see!
This is such an interesting scene , the tallest one seems interested in the man feeding the young one from the bottle , the other one has turned away . This is well photographed with good focus, this image is clear, exposure is correct, colors and tones appear true and natural. Well composed and presented! Your notes are interesting and appreciated, I hope this trip can get along and will have many good years together.

Thanks Pat we have quite a large herd at the Safari Park and a very successful breeding program - the mother of Azizi was a first time mother and rejected him after the first day which apparently happens quite often - Noelene the 16 month old was also rejected and hand reared the keeper had just shooed her away as she tried to pinch the bottle.
