Great shot of this moose in the snow! I like how you captured the snow flakes falling. There's so much snow it almost looks like she's in a blizzard. Very nicely done!

Yes, it's good to be back here posting again! I've been fine but I've been busy with other things so I haven't been posting as much. I hope to get back to posting more often in the near future.

So nice. If you are going to have snow, you may as well see a moose in it. ð??? you captured her soft nose and ears nicely as well as the quiet snow.

Nice capture of this female moose in the snow. I love the expression on her face. It's really surprising how big these animals are until you see them up close and in person.

Thank you so much Bruce! She probably weighed close to 1200 lbs. Much bigger and heavier then a horse.

Never saw any when I lived in Ketchikan but I did when I did some work up in Tok. Have a good day, Pat

Here in Michigan the cranes and swans are back even though the lakes are still mostly frozen. A great shot that shows the snow really well. The moose is a treat to see also.

Love this picture and I can imagine the problems you had in capturing the animal in what I can only perceive as being a snow storm. The structure of your composition works well

Thank you so much Neil. I actually was up on my front porch which is covered.

This is a wonderful photo that looks like it could be a Christmas card instead of springtime snow! The falling flakes are captured with great detail and the lady moose looks like she is puzzled at all the moisture. Great composition and balance with pleasant off-center framing. Great photo!

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! She was keeping her eye on me!

This moose has quite a comical expression and looking directly at you. Nice to see a close up. The fur especially has good detail. The snowflakes suspended add a lot to this. And here is me missing snow so much been glued to TV reports of how much they had in Germany and England.

That seems a lot of snow - I remember being very little in England and hating the snow I would sneak back in the house and read a book while siblings played outside. Love the expression on the moose and the snow fall is shown well.

Thank you so much Mary! I loved playing out in the snow as a kid, however it?s not so much fun anymore!

I love your beautiful sceneries, but this is soooooooooo lovely, I couldn't resist it. I know it is not as I imagine it, but the look on her face is a picture in itself! Our snow lifted a week ago and we have daffodils out just ready to flower, but that is England.

You got so close to amazing nature. It's a very clear photograph you can see each drop of snow wow that's pretty good to capture with a camera. Keep up the great work.
