Indeed, they are swimming, and all excitingly thy are swimming in a row. Your photo is excellent focused and exposed and has good depth. I enjoy the realism of color and light and the refinement of detail. The panorama framing emphasizes the row of Swans profoundly. The photo is well composed and framed. The composition is balanced.
