This would be an excellent entry into the FUR contest that I am now sponsoring. You've done a beautiful job of showing the deer's fur as well as the antlers. Seldom have I see so much texture in antlers. The snow is a wonderful background.

He is gorgeous and wearing his full crown , such a beautiful face he has! You have photographed his so very well ! I can see such good definition in the texture of his coat, and face, nice clear eye ! Well focused, this image is clear, exposure is correct for all colors and tones, his colors appear natural, the snow and trees do as well. Nicely composed and presented!

What a peaceful and beautiful photo of this gentle animal. I really like how he fills the composition pulling the viewer in for a closer look. Such texture in this piece, too! Well done!

Lee Ann,
A beautiful picture of Bullseye watching you ut of the corner of his eye as the sun shines down on him, warming him up on the cold day with snow on the ground around him. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Good close up of this beautiful buck. Your stocking him was successful! The details are wonderful especially his eye the way he seems to be watching you. The buck appears calm in this snowy environment, his territory. The background adds to the winter scene.
Great focus, clarity. Good placement.
Pleasing to view.

He is a beautiful animal. Your photo is excellent focused and exposed and has good depth. The mixed media changes are adequate and carefully applied. I appreciate the realism of light and color and the refinement of detail. The tall format is perfect. The deer is well placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.
