Nikman,

Yes, a sad a scene with your dramatic angle. I think I see someone kneeling by a grave in the background dressed in black.

You left just a small bit of building and sky in this to offer your perspective. The grave stones almost seem to have a geometric pattern here...how you have captured them.

Nice job on this,
Anna

Nik,
A dramatic & sad view over the Military cemetery at Arlington National Cemetery near Washington DC. Sad because each perfect white head stone means that someone, mostly men have died in battle while serving for his or her country at least here their memory will not be forgotten & their grave forever tended. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques& sharp focus.

Another nice capture. The angle of the shot of this sacred land is great. The capture of the light is great. The clarity is great. The image is balance and eye appealing to the viewer. Good eye and great job overall

I know the feeling here, we have a Military Cemetery in Salisbury at the VA Center and it is a sad scene to visit but it is also an honor to see the sacrifice that they have made and also that is where my Dad is buried. I really like to go when they have the flags at all of the grave markers and to me that brings chills down my body and tears in my eyes to know that they have made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Let us never forget what they have done for us. Thanks for sharing from a veteran myself. JackJr.

This is a picture with a strong message. Multitudes, yes. Also, the angle you chose suggests lines that continue on. And that, is the heartbreak of war. I believe you captured a meaningful photograph.

Boy oh boy what a sight. The angle of this cemetery is right on the money. Thank you for sharing the resting place for our military and remembering them in our thoughts. It's great you seem to get to travel quite a bit and find interesting things. Great photograph.

Very enjoyable photograph of the Arlington cemetery with such a great depth of focus and the horizon building towering all the way in the back. Such great composition, details and overall nice presentation.
