Very clever use of selective color, the eye is immediately drawn to the red gloves , the grinder and the sparks ! Good stop action on those sparks! Interesting to know that he is working on a wagon.
Well focused, this image is clear, exposure is correct, the black and white portion shows good tonal variations and the colors appear true. Well composed and presented!
