A beautiful portrait of Gracie posing for you the breeze blowing the long fur on her ears backwards while her eyes are fixed in the distance. Beautiful composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

The Gracy in the photo looks a bit upset, probably because someone made her pose for a photo.
Your photo is well focused and exposed and has good depth. I appreciate the realism of color and light and the sharpness of detail. The tight framing is sufficient. The square format is perfect. The dog is well placed within the frame. The portrait is balanced.

A very nice shot of your Gracie. I, for one, have never had a dog named Gracie, and I don't think I know of one. A nice shot with crisp details and great colors. Best of luck in the contest.

ive had many dogs in my life but never named them gracie..maybe that associate name thing..im sitting thinking do i know anyone that they named their dog gracie?..sadly no..must be association thing..i only bring it up in your comments. no matter..cute pup..they are a lap dog..they area a strong noise maker..if the wind blows they will bark to let you know..yes i had chihuahuas and pekingese dogs before and very aware of these lil protectors. he is probably thinking of chasing a squirrel or cat..lol. the clarity is great. the capture of the light is great. the angle of the shot of this cute pup is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.
