A beautiful shot. Was the difference in size really that great or is it a trick of perspective? Whatever it is, it makes for a great image. The breaking wave is well placed in the frame and the gulls are great. Best of luck in the contest.

cool capture. the angle of the shot of this gull in the air and the other on the beach with sea scene in background is great. the capture of the light is great. the clarity is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer . good eye and great job overall.

A beautiful stop action picture of the two Sea Gulls one in flight over the other standing on the beach at the tide line under a blue sky the sunshine highlighting their plumage & flooding the beach & water with light. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
