I guess everybody that picks up an electric guitar dreams of being in "the spotlight" playing for some band or other. A fine composition that tells the story very nicely.

Thanks Chris..over the years these frisky flowers has accumulate a fan base from different sites..it's funny last year I gave them a vacation working on other projects. Folks would ask me when are the flowers coming back? It would tickle me..if you go on YouTube and look me up , there will discover numerous music cartoons videos I think the flowers have 9 of them so far .also you will see I don't just do this cartoon..I'm not just a cartoonist but I'm a illustrator as well. Look me up..it won't cost anything but time and a chuckle..wink. thanks for the great review.

I think this drawing is so cute! It's cartoon but the shading is still amazing and the spotlight looks so cool! The dots and shading in the spotlight are so beautiful and it looks so detailed yet not. I don't know I love it!

Oh the "Funnie Flowers" cartoon series has been around for many years..they have over 600 skits and 9 music videos so far..now most artist or cartoonist would try to woo and coo you to look at their portfolio...zzzzzzzzzz boring!! Darling I have over 1000 drawings and you would be bored flipping all those pages..more entertaining just to look me up on YouTube (mkflood) and get to choose so many different music videos..like all my work..I only work with sharpie and Bic pens. So ya get the chance look me up. The admission is free but you have to bring your own snacks..the flowers keeps hiding mine..wink. thanks for the great review

They say that music and talking to your plants helps them grow. This picture reminds me of that, while taking on a whole new meaning. While the spot light make the guitarist "stand apart", the use of the red singles him out.

I always get tickled when a newbie discovers me. They don't know this "Funnie Flowers" cartoons have been around for many years. They don't realize this series has over 600 skits with 9 music videos on YouTube. (Search mkflood). They don't know I'm a Master Sharpie/Bic cartoonist..not an artist..just a cartoonist..big difference.. wink. I'm glad he has tickled you..there is many being promoted out there. So if you want more flowers look up on YouTube..some will make you laugh..some will make you tap your foot..some will make you think..some will make you cry..the one thing I will guarantee you..you will feel something..wink. thanks for the great review.
