This is a excellent close up. It looks as if the blossoms is just opening. Your photo is excellent focused and exposed and has good depth. I enjoy the sharpness of detail and the realism of light and color. The rain drops are especially interesting. They look like little diamonds. The blossom is perfect placed within the frame. The photo is well composed. The composition is balanced.
I believe that this is a Lily, probably "Lily candium".

The green background really makes this bloom pop. Being able to see the water droplets is really nice. The detail in the foreground of the grass/leaves contrast nicely with less detail in the background. Good luck in the contest.
