An amusing picture of "Jimmy" ( that's what we called the skeleton in the school of nursing in Ipswich Suffolk where I did my nurses training) placed on a stool with an X-ray plate at this back this light window & cross to ensure he is placed correctly. Sadly his mask is almost below his nostrils & so loose it will slip if he moves ..... Amusing composition framing and lighting taken with superb camera techniques and sharp focus.

It was a little difficult positioning this patient and the mask was a little too big.

Yes a little to big & no ears to hang the loops on??? I remember in one Hospital I worked in when X-raying a Child I would put on the lead Apron sit on a chair, put the X-ray plate against my chest with the 1yr to 2yrs old child held against the plate & myself while holding up her/his hands to keep the arms out of the way while the Radiographer operated the machine.

we had a apparatus that a child would sit in with feet dangling and the arms would go above their head and two plastic flaps with a belt would strap them in / i never felt comfortable and would allow the parent to be right there. memories of hospital work..

I was thinking of title like "The Nurse said will be back!" Lol..this is a cute scene. The setup is great. The clarity is great. The angle of the shot of this skeleton in the chair at the x ray machine is great. The capture of the light is great. The image is balance and eye appealing to the viewer. Creative approach and awesome work overall.

This picture is hilarious. It would appear that the patient has held his breath a mite too long. I never knew that a person needed to hold their breath during an X-ray. I guess you learn something new every day

yes by holding their breathe decreases motion or blur on the picture.same as if you are taking a photo of someone running on a soccer field without a fast time set.
