Your capture is marvelous. The Hibiscus is beautiful. How the red of the center flows into the yellow of the petals is enthralling. The dark background emphasizes the blossom exquisitely. Your photo is perfect focused, exposed and treated with mixed media. I enjoy the sharpness of detail and the beauty of color and light. The Hibiscus is perfect placed within the frame.

This is indeed an unusual but very pretty Hibiscus flower, and I especially like the small droplets because it is giving the flower such a nice freshness. It is great textures and colors to be seen in the background, and the flower is standing out from it in an excellent way.
The photo is nice and sharp showing truly clear and well defined details in the petals and the stamens, and the exposure is spot on.
The tight cropping has worked well, and so is the centered position of the flower within the frame. It is a truly lovely and well taken photo Steve, and I wish you luck with the contest.

Full on shot of this hibiscus Steve and the water droplets add a bit of extra texture to this,its different from a normal flower photo but it certainly stands out...Brian
