Cleo, this is a touching art. I had one painting, the same idea and theme a while ago. Still sympathetic to a dog waiting for hours for his human family. This composition is perfect! His eye shows that he wasn't fall asleep. The colors are very contrast and that symbolizes the dog attitude. Amazing texture in this digital piece. Deserved title of #1 in April. Congratulations! Sorry for not having any sixes left..

This painting is beautiful..your use of brush strokes really brings the dog to life..it catches my attention right away..I love how you used darker colors in the white of the dogs face to make its fur stand out...great work

So detailed and I enjoy how can tell that the dog is waiting. Almost sad, but resigned that has to wait for it's family. Very realistic. I need to go pet a dog now.
