beautiful sky, testifying to the summer weather. Somehow I did not think Alaska had lighthouses. Please do not ask me why. Why should there be lighthouses, no doubt fishing vessels come up there!?

This is quite a beautiful lighthouse, i like how you positioned the sun so the rays can be seen emanating from behind. The sky is gorgeous with the glowing clouds framing the lighthouse. Great focus showing the details in the structure,looks like it has a new metal roof. A lovely image!

Another gorgeous photograph. I like the beautiful clouds and the rays of sun behind the lighthouse. Nicely composed. Focus and lighting well done. Sharp detail. Great job.

I like how you captured the sun's glow directly behind the lighthouse. The brilliant blue sky is perfect and I like the little pine tree on the side. Nice job!

This is an interesting building. It seems that the lighthouse is a historic building, but still in use. The Lighthouse looks well restored and fresh painted. The blue sky emphasizes the building remarkably. Your photo is excellent focused and exposed and has good depth. I appreciate the refinement of detail and the realism of light and color. The white balance is exact. The diagonal presentation of the Lighthouse pleases the equilibrium of the viewers. The photo is perfect composed and framed.

an excellent framing and capture of this very unusually large wooden lighthouse against the blue fluffy sky; I wonder why is it so far from the water: probably taken at low tide;

Great shot of lighthouse with beautiful cloud at the back. The sun is fully covered by the lighthouse but photographer still got the rays which make it very interesting. It also gave a backlit effect on the architecture. Well focused and great composition.

COOL,Pat! : D
Here's Another absolutely Outstanding scenic photo that you've presented us with today,my friend!
It makes me think of my old 'Lighthouse Sketches' that I'd crank out and sell to tourists on the Beach Road up along the southern end of Lake George as a 'side hustle' way back in the day!
