The heron is perfectly placed within this scene leaving room for it to move into, I can see the tiny fish in its bill. Well defined feathers, face and bill, appreciate the clear eye. I like the reflection underneath the heron on the water.
Well focused, this image is clear, exposure is correct, colors and tones throughout the scene appear natural.
Well composed and presented!

Well, if it is catching many of them, it will be a good enough meal. LOL The fish does in this case look very small though. I especially like the fine shine, ripples and reflections you have captured in the water, and also how lovely the light is falling on the bird. It is also standing out from the background in an excellent way.

The photo is very sharp and it is indeed clear and well defined details to be seen in the feathers of the bird. The exposure is perfect.

The photo is nicely cropped, and the bird has got a fine placement within the frame. This is a lovely and well taken photo Fred, and with an excellent DOF.

A beautiful picture of the Grey Heron with a tint fish in it's beak as it fishes along the lake shore with it's reflection on the lake a bonus. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.
