What a breathtaking picture. I love the mountains in the back round and the silhouette of the trees in the fore ground. Aren't we blessed to live in such a beautiful place, and you capture it so well. Beautifully done.

This really deserves a one word review. Perfect. Yet I must say more. The golden tone is amazing with the sharp focus casting an almost metallic look to the water. Very nice balance of the composition with the trees and the dark clouds. You are blessed to live among such beauty!

beautiful scenery, so good you should sell it to Postcard manufacturers and also create a book of 'Alaska in Pictures through the Seasons.' It might not be a billion sales but it would be excellent literature for the rest of us and also a wonderful present for the future.

This nature scene just looks fantastic Pat, and I especially all the great looking golden colors of the sky, and how nicely they are reflected in the shiny water. The trees to the left work as a nice and natural framing.
These silhouetted trees are standing out sharp and well defined against the golden background, and the exposure is spot on.
The photo is nicely cropped and with the trees off to the left, it is a very fine balance in the composition. A truly beautiful ad well taken photo, and with an excellent DOF.
