It sure looks like a beautiful place to meet friends. The flowering cherry trees are very attractive and the rich colors contrast nicely with the blossoms.

It must be a beautiful sight when the cherry trees are in full bloom, and I would not mind at all to sit under these trees having a picnic. I especially like that you have included so much of the cherry blossoms at the top, but I would still have cropped out the blurred cluster at the top.
The photo is sharp with clear and well defined details, and the exposure is very good.
The format you have cropped the photo into works well, and with the family off to the right, it is a fine balance in the composition. A truly lovely and well taken photo Fred, and with an excellent DOF.
