The detail is amazing, I keep wanting to touch my screen to actually feel the various textures. The lighting angle is absolutely perfect, using a blend of direct and indirect light. I also like the way it has been cropped. Who says the whole flower has to be seen anyways?

This has got to be the most beautiful sunflower image I have seen! It's center detail is shown with absolute clarity and sharpness, the petals are fabulous! I see perfect detail, light and shade in each golden yellow petal.
I like the way you photographed this allowing such a close look at the sunflower!
