This is a beautiful scene that you managed to capture..the landscape is truly unforgettable..I like how the clouds are starting to come in off in the distance..the dark and light tones in the sky really bring this photo to life..very nice use of your creative and passionate talent..

Yes does look dramatic and thats down to the contrast being full on,and it shows the difference between the color of the ground and the sky,and dof just right in this...Brian

Wonderful photograph of this cable car and the lush landscape of the hills and dramatic sky. Nice details and colors.
It almost remains me the hills around Boise. We can use the cable cars too in order to get us to the ski resort above that is 17 miles away from the city. There were talks about something like this but it probably will never happen.

What a spectacular view you had, complete with clouds that would delight a painter, too. Not a fan of the limey-green grass but from experience, I have not been able to control that color in my photos either. Excellent composition.

Like the retired lady photographer on tv each evening, you dares risk all for your art. When I am in cable cars I sit still- and as for those cable seats, I am frozen. But true, beautiful scene, with the delicate colouring of the english countryside. I was listening to some germans on the Express buses the last time I went over, she said to him: it is a pretty little island, isn't it. Pretty is a perfect description. One of the not so nice habits of being multi-lingual, listening in to conversations!

beautiful rolling hills of derbyshire..a regular hike of mine back in the 80s as a student.Recall joining the rambling,potholing and caving societies in the polytechnic and using weekends to travel to Derbyshire to participate and the Heights of Abraham were a fond memory.You have captured a beautiful light throughout this shot,thanks for the sharing of memories

Eye popping view! Also impressed you managed to capture it while moving. To be extra picky, it might have been worth the time and effort to edit out the power pole closest to the camera. Still, overall it's a beautiful scenery and makes me want visit England more than ever.
