will always have people concentrating on the whole hows and whys of a Naut..
Riding a winged horse thusly in space?
All I think is if I had a winged horse? Why the hell yeah!!! I would be riding it in space other dimensions and time travel..
No end to the possibilities!

Very cool, looks like it could be a poster in someone's bedroom or the cover of a rock album! The details are amazingly well done and we get that wonderful vibe wishing it could be us there riding the beautiful winged horse through space! Well done and entertaining to view.

What a novel composition- that red ball must be Planet Mars!! I love the romantic imagination behind this art work!! An astronaut mounted on a flying horse is a jaw dropping thought . Hats off to you for coming up with this fantasy artwork- stupendous!!

Wonderful idea, how many cowboys have said, when I join that great cowboy in the sky. If only. Pegasus is giving the space man a lift, as the earth burns up in its own fire, having left behind his space ship which has exploded - super stuff!

Mark, what a wild mixture of images! A unique storyline erupted when I first took this image in. And I'm not sure I could recount it because other storylines danced round and round in my mind too! Very cool work!

lol..David i may new in your eyes but this old dog has been around creating anything that is needed for an illustration for many of years..from a cartoon skit to a logo..from an illustration for a story to a rock or sports poster..the only thing that i am consistent is i only work with the office medium sharpie and bic pens..i dont use any art medium with it..i dont do extra stuff thru the computer like the kids do..heck the only thing i do with a computer is to scan my work..it is nice that you think this will get nominated for that but sadly no..over a decade i have been with this site and the only thing they will ever nominate is my "Funnie Flowers" cartoons. thats it..you know whats funny? i have over 1000 drawings in my portfolio and only half of that is cartoons. since i only work with these pens folks always will consider my work as cartoony. i really dont care on that because the only thing i understand that they teach at any art schools is, that if you work with ink the only way to blend color is to use pointillism..well it is a good thing i never had a art class in my life because i can blend my colors together..sharpie and bic does not make a flesh tone..i have mix several colors to make the skin work..i reckon it is cool to be ignorant sometimes huh? wink..lol..thanks for the great review.

for over the last decade i have tried everything on approaches for this contest topic..finally i just said hell with it..im a syfy nut so i created this..you the biggest challenge was placing the wings without blocking out the astronaut..that is why i did the wings like this..over the years the best i ever done in the contest is place 2nd..so i post and walk away to work on the next one..if it wins goody goody..if it dont..oh well ill probably use this in a future music video..lol..thanks chris for the great review.
