This Poppy is gorgeous. Her colors are beautiful. The play of light and shadows on the petals is intriguing. How her petals and pistils glow in the soft light is outstanding. The Topaz Lens Effects are perfect. Your photo is excellent focused, exposed and treated with mixed media. The Poppy seems to float above the soft background. The shades of color at the background emphasize the Poppy exquisitely. The Poppy is perfect placed within the frame. The composition is balanced.

The technical expertise is impressive here. The shadow on the petal really make this image pop off the screen. The gradient background is a nice touch. Personally, not too crazy about the orange tones in the background but that is just my preference, not an issue with the work itself. Another fantastic image we all have the pleasure to enjoy!
