Another nice memory from your trip to Monument Valley. The skyline is impressive with the very fluffy clouds. Color to me seems a little unnatural but not having been to the area is difficult to know. Overall a good composition.

Your very kind review is appreciated! Glad you enjoyed my photo!! Colours, shades and tones change quite quickly there.

I have nearly the same picture in Monument Valley with an entirely different mood. You had the cotton ball clouds with sun that turned the valley into rich colors. Great crispness with monuments. Best of luck.

I spend a lot of time watching Ariel America on Smithsonian Channel as it is a very interesting channel. You know, there are times when you dont WANT anything exciting, just to relax as you knit, embroider or paint something. Since Jamie Oliver's wife went into lab St barths and took out my story and flaunts them to all and sundry as her own work and their daughter took them to school, I don't watch cookery, except for Martin and the motorbikers as a relaxation oh and I love Nigel, and the China man. Doesn't Nigel have a super garden!!. On Sunday, they showed huge stretches around Omaha, with a number of these hard rock sculptures remaining. The geology of USA interests me and Omaha, because I can thank my life to an Omaha officer in Regensburg, who looked after me when we arrived from the east having walked from Leipzig, in the worst winter in Europe, 1948. He watched over me, as my mum came to England, till he was sent away. Omaha is a place I want to visit. He as evidently a Mexican. My mum told me about him, and I remembered him too.

Very impressive scenery! Well balanced composition with sky to ground ratio. Dazzling colors. The one minor issue is that the image may need to be rotated slightly to the left. (counter clockwise) As a general rule, the mesa's sedimentary should be level just like the surface of a body of water. It is still a real visual treat and the correction is both simple and very minor.

Nice landscape capture with great focus and depth. Arizona landscape is famous and capturing such great shot is commendable. Color tone is very natural and composition is well balanced. Great shot.

An impressive photograph of this monumental rock formation on the tour of Monument Valley. The sky contrasting the colors and texture very nicely.
What is interesting about the location that the land belongs to the Navajo reservation and people are not allowed on their land, only some places. I did not know that when we went through.
Thank you for sharing those dramatic images, it does feel powerful if you there.
