Once again I see major improvement on white balance and exposure due to your settings.
I like your POV here showing leading lines and nice reflections on the water.
Fine focus, POV and great white balance control B;)

A beautiful view that is very well composed. I like the tilt of the old pier that makes it seem to be leaning into the wind to keep from blowing over.

I can see why it's no longer in active use,Brian!
It's looking a bit rickety,isn't it?
Your photographic presentation of it is a really 'Good Looker' though,my friend!
It's pleasingly 'Out of the Ordinary' ( something that means a lot to me! ) and it's really Well-Presented!

Your capture is interesting and informative. The segment left of that old pier seems rotting. I guess it will break down soon. The photo is well focused and exposed and has good depth. I appreciate the realism of color and light and the refinement of detail. The reflections in the motionless water are interesting. The tall format is sufficient. The photo is well composed and framed. The composition is balanced.

A good looking image posted here into the competition! Your fine and appropriate composition offers us good look at that decaying pier. Wonder how old it is? Exposure and sharpness are good. Nicely done!
