Visual treat of an unusual subject. Without the information in the description, I might have never figured out what this was. Great use of mixed media tools, gives the plant an almost 3-D like effect.

A very nice image that shows how this plant got its nickname. The square presentation is beautiful and the shades of green would make an Irishman envious. Best of luck in the contest.

nice presentation. the angle of the shot of these wild looking yellow flowers is great. the capture of the light is great. the clarity is great. nice blend on the background. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. creative approach and great job overall.

A fantastic image for the contest with your usual lovely and creative enhancements! Haven't seen these in years,I remember them growing up the side of my grandmother's porch when i was a child. Lovely detailing and beautiful shades of green,best wishes to you in the contest!

This is indeed a handsome vine. The little blossoms look indeed like clay pipes. Your photo is perfect focused, exposed and treated with mixed media. I enjoy the beauty of color and light. The different shades of green are superb. The Topaz effects and drop shadows emphasize the pipes and the leaves profoundly. The mixed media is excellent composed and framed. The composition is balanced.
