Green is gorgeous, especially with blue. For how many years did I have to explain to pupils why it is green--Nearly all leaves contain chlorophyll, as do some other parts of plants. ... It serves a vital function - and it also happens to be green, giving plants their distinctive colour. This is because chlorophyll absorbs long, red wavelengths and short, blue wavelengths of light, but reflects the green.

Beautiful image. The shades of green, blue sky, white cloud and many many beautiful trees. Nature is beautiful. I think it could use a little more creativity and look a little less artificial. Is that a golf course?

It is our property on the right side of our house with some of the foliage on the other side of the road. I was taking pictures around our house. The greenery, having just become full was beautiful, as nature is, so I snapped a quick photo on a plain camera or on my mobile phone. I hope to get a new camera, perhaps my first Niki. My Canon went blonkers. Thanks for the compliments; however. I draw and paint--the former probably best of all my work, but am only a fair photographer, I feel.

Very nice. You have caught a beautiful landscape scene with your camera. Love how there is a hint of a path there although the telephone pole takes away from everything else a little. Love the colors and the beauty of the image. Great job.

Thanks for your valuable input. I removed a couple of telephone wires but was unsure about the pole.

ok cool. i see ya have it fixed..thanks for responding so i can review this again. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of this green trees and landscape is great. the capture of the light is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. glad ya got it fixed and great job overall.

I meant to tell you as you've been so helpful that I really am not near the photographer that I am drawing, painting as I learn new mediums or haven't worked with them much. So, your pointers really help me.
