I love this and the way you have worked it through, the symbols you have used to represent the scene. Absolutely love it, but I love all your work. You made me change my marking scheme, with your superbly turned out work, though I had to think a moment with some of the themes, being not of the American culture. This is superb, smashing, great and I love the thinking behind it. We have just had a program start on our tv called 'adventures' on this theme. I always stifle a laugh, the Brits are very proud of their early forages, yet they were in fact really only pirates, robbing rich and poor and helpless alike. But then the Royal family went to see an exhibition much publisized of stuff they had stolen from across the whole world. Maybe I am too simple!!

An interesting image that is quite different from your normal fare. I like the rendition of the clouds at the top and the way the rain seems to be falling harder when viewed against the sky.

Nice use of patterns and lines to create dimesion and depth. Nice and Neat line work. I also like that how the ship appears to in the rainstorm without losing its place in the drawing

I can see Supergold on the ship as well, although he might not be pleased with the rain coming down.

This has a great variety of lines in it. I especially like the clouds. It is well framed on the sides. The rain detail really adds to the effect. Nice design, good luck in the competition
