I just had to smile when I saw this drawing. It is both funny and kind of cute, and with all the strong colors you have used, this is also a picture with a strong visual impact.
I am not so sure if coffee is a creative fuel for me, but it is usually a god drink to make me wake up in the morning. LOL I especially like the funny face of this lady, and just with a few lines you have made it very expressive.
The format and framing is perfect, and I like the placement of the lady in the cup on the paper. I think you must have had a cup of coffee before doing this one Jewell, because it is both creative, original and really well done.

Sometimes in the morning I feel like I could use a hot tub full of coffee. Most of the time I just settle for 2 cups though. A great image; I love her hair.

this is sooooo cute..im kinda curious of one thing..like most artist do..they use a black sharpie but wont use any other colors of sharpie. im just curious even though each individual will have their own reasons. i just find it interesting in witnessing that..thats all. the facial is great. the depth is great.the body form and language is great. the shading is great. the blend of the colors is great. the creation is balance and eye appealing to the viewer. creative approach and awesome work overall.

You know? I really should get the thicker tipped colors in sharpies. They?re wonderful in alcohol ink and waterproof. I love that since I like to mix watercolor in with my ink drawings!

Watercolors just dont work well with my sharpies and bic. See the sharpies and bics ink color is richer and brighter than watercolors. I discovered that decades ago when sharpie and bic only offer 4 basic colors (red. Blue. Green and black)..they didnt bring in other colors till 2000. But if it works for you go for it.
