These flowers are truly beautiful, but the bee is not standing out so well. Perhaps you lost some of it by transferring it. The background is however truly lovely with the green foliage, and the flowers are standing out from it in an excellent way.
The photo is quite sharp and it is clear details to be seen in the flowers. The white balance and exposure is perfect.
The format and framing is working really well, and the flowers have got a fine placement within the frame. All together a lovely and well taken photo with a very good DOF, and I wish you luck with the contest.

The white petaled flowers are well photographed, I like their angle of placement within the frame, they are well focused, the image is clear, exposure is correct, colors and tones appear natural. I find the white spots in upper left to be a distraction, they draw the eye off of the flowers, I do not see the ants, and the bee is difficult to see.
I would crop to eliminate the white spots in upper left.
For me it's the flowers that appear to be the main subject. Good luck to you .

Your photo is well focused and exposed and has good depth. I appreciate the refinement of detail and the realism of light and color. The white balance is correct.
