This is a beautiful painting of this lovely bird! I get plenty of Mourning Doves in my backyard but I've never seen a White-winged Dove. I love the way you painted the background. Very nicely done!

Who says the sequel isnt better than the first? Lol maybe it is just my opinion. I admire the color around the eye. Its seems minimal it helps draw you in. It's the first thing I noticed, and the last spot I looked at. Again, amazing job making the bird look life like and the background somewhat dreamy. Thanks

This is not a photo. This is a painting.
I observed the bird in my backyard. I feed the birds, so I have always models. :o)

It is such a lovely dove you have pictured here, and I especially like the fine textures in the vegetation framing it. The bird is painted paying such good attention to details, and also high lights are used well. The brush work is just excellent.

The format and tight framing is working well, and the dove is well placed on the canvas. A truly lovely and well done digital painting Cleo.
