The level of water in the river seems to have gone down. It's such a tranquil setting with the traditional pier on banks of a gently flowing river with clear skies and a soothing landscape view. You did your inaugural shots with new Canon really well- kudos

This is an interesting landscape. Apparently the river got recently flooded, damaging the pier in the foreground. The marina in the background seems crowded. Your photo is excellent focused and exposed and has good depth. I appreciate the realism of color and light and the refinement of detail. The landscape is well composed and framed. The composition is balanced.

Nice calm scene, well captured view along the river.I like the boats up on back left, the damaged pier on right.

it is working good that i see. the clarity is great. the capture of the light is great. the angle of the shot of this degrading pier and boats off in distance is great. nice treeline and skyview in the image. the image is balance and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.
