Great capture of Old Faithful geyser eruption, dying away, in Yellowstone National Park. It's been a long time since I have traveled through Yellowstone. But did get to see Old Faithful erupt. It's quite an experience.
Your shot is clear and well focused. A nice composition.
Thank you for sharing.

here take these marshmellows and go over there and warm em up! wink wink..lol..just teasing. nice capture. the clarity is great. the angle of the shot of this geyser and woods behind it is great. the capture of the light is great. the image is balanced and eye appealing to the viewer. good eye and great job overall.

Nik,
A beautiful "Rotten Egg scented" picture of Old Faithful in Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming, it reminds me of my visit to see the Geyser Strokkur in Island that also spouted as we approached it filling the air with the scent of "Rotten Eggs" . The green trees & blue sky above creating the perfect backdrop to the geyser with the Moonscape in the foreground. Beautiful composition, framing & lighting taken with superb camera techniques & sharp focus.

Wow, what an incredible moment in nature, and you just passed to hold it as a historic situation, which now cannot be vanished anymore
excellent distance to show the entire situation - perfect sharpness and contrast - excellent frame choice and harmonious composition between the heavens, the green plants and the front situation
excellent shot, thanks for sharing.

Yellowstone National park is on my bucket list of travel. It's such an interesting click of a geyser erupting there. It's a gorgeous composition with blue of the sky in sharp contrast to the dull hues of soil. The fumes rising from the eruption seem to merge with the clouds and I just love this part!! Kudos

Beautiful capture of the geyser eruption. The skys are beautiful! The foreground is somewhat barren and less colorful than the middle and background. Old Faithful is nice with the bluish in it.
